Hi Mark, I am delighted to listen to your podcasts, and I am very grateful that you are willing to share your perspectives. It’s always nice to get a personal point of view based on real experience, not that I deny the importance of study!
I am an executive coach for companies in Colombia (I used to be an executive myself, dealing with the challenge of lean transformation). I’ve been using lean for decades now, the Toyota approach, as I understand it (I’ve never worked for Toyota, I own a couple of hybrid RAV4s and Yaris though 😂). My job, of course, is a never ending journey, as every day I experience the flow of knowledge, and I am always amazed, as the next level of ideas are unveiled.
I would very much apreciaste if you would share with me Dr. Juran’s writings. I think these kind of things are treasures, and can teach us a lot between the lines. As you said in another of your podcasts, paraphrasing Yogi Bear: “you can observe a lot just by watching”.
