Great episode. Look forward to the Lean office episode. I believe this is one of the untouched areas. Much has been done in the software area. But in the IT space, both internal corporation and external with manage service providers, the integration of lean, using process-based continuous improvement and quantifying the metrics KPI’s is still not, even n its infancy. Much confusion on how to establish the lean processes and use of metrics and control charts reduce prices variation.l and improve the culture of the IT industry.
